It was the hubs' birthday this weekend and though we tell him how much we love him all of the time. This post is for him.


Today's Top Ten Reasons Cam has the Best Daddy
And I say today's because everyday I could add more reasons to the list. He really is the best daddy and husband ever.

10. Every weekend Daddy waits for Cam to get up in the morning like a little kid waiting for Santa Claus. He LOVES to go and get him out of bed to give him the first morning snuggles.

9. Daddy spent his birthday night on the town with Mommy in Toys R Us picking out the best Elmo toy that they had to offer for his little man (it was a Tickle Me Elmo).

8. Daddy was as excited to give the Elmo to Cam as Cam was to play with it. And let me tell you, watching the two of them together playing and giggling with Elmo is just about as good as it gets.

7. Daddy sings endless verses of "Itsy Bitsy Spider" when Cam loses his patience and needs a pick me up. We are all amused by this-it's hilarious.

6. Daddy is already showing Cam the ropes on how to get out of finishing his green beans. "Store them up in your mouth and when I wipe your face with a paper towel spit them out!" Nice trick Dad! But seriously there is nothing more vile then pureed green beans. I couldn't blame him.

5. Daddy found Cam's ticklish spots. And he searched for them, knowing that once he found them he would be able to get belly laughs on demand.

4. Daddy is proud that the little man shares his love of hockey. Cam loves it-he is MESMERIZED when it is on tv and will stop whatever he is doing to turn his head and watch.

3. Daddy holds Cam and walks him all around the house "following mommy" because he loves watch Cam watch Mommy.

2. Daddy held Cam laughing and smiling as Mommy and Nonna sang Happy Birthday and he got ready to blow out the candles on his birthday cake. It was hard to tell which one of them enjoyed it more! Cam is soooo ready to be the birthday boy and the center of attention...

1. Daddy gives Cam lots of hugs and kisses good night. And then comes back in the room to give him more kisses good night, Cam smiles and turns to watch him as he leaves. Then Daddy sees this and then comes back and gives him even more kisses good night. It is the sweetest thing ever. Daddy loves Cam more then all of the stars in the sky. And Cam adores his Daddy.
