20 Questions 3 Year Old Edition

We decided to find a few birthday traditions that we can keep up with the boys every year.  Since this is really the first birthday where Cam can comprehend the questions and provide us with his own bonafide answers so begins 20 Questions Birthday Edition.  We are looking forward to see how his answers change each year and we will follow suit with Leo beginning on his third birthday.  
So here are the questions, along with Cam's very own answers.  Some of which seemed quite accurate, others pulled out of thin air and all of them had us laughing together.
And it took two sessions as well as repeating each question no less then 3 times to get an answer...

Here we go!

1. What is your favorite color?   Green

2.  What is your favorite toy?  Um, um, um, um, um, um, Mobigo

3. What is your favorite fruit?  Potato Chips

4.  What is your favorite TV show?  The Chipmunks

5.  What is your favorite lunch?  Pretzels with Hummus

6.  What is your favorite outfit?  PJs-Sponge Bob Ones!

7.  What is your favorite game?  Bounceback Racer

8.  What is your favorite snack?  Chocolate Cat Cookies

9.  What is your favorite animal?  Squirrel

10.  What is your favorite song? John Bieber
( it would seem he has created one fabulous new musician/pop stAr by combining his favorites of John Mayer and Justin Bieber here.  But I would bet he was trying for Justin Bieber, Baby which he always has on repeat....)

11.  What is your favorite book?  Cat in the Hat

12. Who is your best friend?  Angelina

13.  What is your favorite cereal?  Nothing!!   (after his response he angrily requested we stop talking about cereal.  Not important, just funny.)

14. What is your favorite thing to do outside?  Mow

15.  What is your favorite drink? Water

16.  What is your favorite holiday?  Snow week (I still want to know what this is)

17.  What is your favorite breakfast?  Junk food

18.  What is your favorite thing to take to bed at night?  Rubber Duck and Mr. Piggy (note: I have no idea who these characters are as I have never seen them in bed with him)

19.  What would you like for dinner on your birthday? We are still awaiting his answer in this one...

20. What do you want to be when you grow up? A mad pumpkin

So there you have it.  The world according to Cameron.

Cameron Loves

MOWING THE LAWN!  Yep, and all other activities that would require the use of a rake, shovel, weed wacker, leaf blower or hedge trimmer.  Oh yea and I can't forget the landscaping mowers, those are his most favorite and he knows them by color and manufacturer.  In fact when asked what he wanted for his birthday, it was always "a big, sharp Toro Mower!"

And taking pictures of above mentioned items as well as anyone who may be using them.  No matter where we might be, if Cam sees a pertinent item he is frantic for someone's camera to capture a great shot.

Cooking, well chopping to be exact.  He asks every day at dinner time what he can cut up for me and what he can mix.

Speaking of cutting, scissors never ever get old.  He has a huuuuge collection of safety scissors and  *im*patiently awaits the day when he can get a big pair of his very own.

Reading.  He loves books and can be found reading them aloud to himself throughout the day.

Spaceships.  Pretending to be flying in a spaceship I should say.  The couch, my bed, a large shipping box, all fabulous pretend spaceships.

And the boy loves giving me hugs and 'mooches and I couldn't be happier about that!

I have been telling him all week about how it feels just like yesterday when his Daddy put him in my arms for the very first time.  And he looked up at me so peacefully and just stared and I couldn't believe how lucky I was that he was mine. And for the past three years there hasn't been much we haven't done side by side.  1,095 days of loving him.  And every single  day I look into his eyes and I still can't believe how lucky I am to have him in my world.
